Marvin Yee
Chairman

Marvin Yee is the founder and Managing Director of CyberCom Global, a specialist Internet Service Provider for the hospitality industry.
He has grown the company via a combination of mergers, acquisitions and organic growth into a technology group with offices in 6 countries. CyberCom is presently in New Zealand, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia and Fiji. It is the largest hospitality Internet Service Provider in New Zealand and the second largest technology provider in Fiji. Marvin is a graduate from Auckland and Massey University, and has an MBA specializing in accounting and finance.
He holds numerous directorships at various companies in different industries throughout the Asia Pacific. He was the Past Chairman of the New Zealand Young Professionals and the current President of the Rotary Club of Birkenhead.

Brent King

Brent King is the founder of Viking Capital Ltd which was renamed Investment Research Group Ltd in August 2008. Brent’s investment company was the largest shareholder in the Group until the placement with GA Sego.
Brent was the founder and the Managing Director of the Dorchester Group of companies for 17 years until he resigned on 1/12/2005.
Brent holds a number of public and private directorships including being a Director of New Zealand Cricket and Finzsoft Limited.
Brent has more than 20 years experience in financial, investment banking, underwriting, capital raising and accounting areas and has assisted a number of public and private companies.

Colin graduated from the University of Port Elizabeth in South Africa. He is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and was a KPMG Partner for nearly 29 years before his retirement at the end of February 2009 (20 years with KPMG in South Africa and nearly 9 years with KPMG in the CIS).
He has more than 40 years of experience in the profession and has provided professional services and advice to both private and public entities across a broad spectrum of industries and business sectors.

Tan Sri Hamid Bugo

Tan Sri Hamid Bugo is the former State Secretary of the Malaysian state of Sarawak and is experienced as director of some of Malaysia’s most eminent public and private companies including Malaysia Airlines Bhd, Malaysia Employees Provident Fund and Malaysia LNG Sdn Bhd.
Current board appointments include Sapura Resources Bhd, SapuraCrest Petroleum Bhd, Superlon Holdings Bhd, Sarawak Consolidated Industries Bhd, Zecon Engineering Bhd, X-Fab Silicon Foundaries NV and the multinational conglomerate Sime Darby Bhd.
Tan Sri Bugo is a member of the Institute of Integrity, Malaysia and a serving member of the Advisory Committee to the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission.
Tan Sri Bugo has a deep personal affinity with New Zealand; an alumnus of Christchurch's Canterbury University with a Bachelors, then Master of Arts in Economics and later conferred with an Honorary Doctorate in Commerce from Lincoln University.

Tim Keene

Tim Keene has over twenty years’ international investment and private banking sector experience throughout the Asia-Pacific region.
Tim has for the past decade acted as Group CEO for a China focused non-bank financial institution. As Group CEO, and as a Director of its Board, he was involved with its strategic, regulatory, governance and marketing functions. The firm offered private client financial services to clients with significant financial resources, with a particular emphasis on the China and Asia markets. These services include investment strategy and portfolio management, a significant part of the firm’s portfolio management function involved cross-jurisdiction work.
Tim has undertaken a wide range of cross-sector advisory services for Asian private enterprise and public-listed companies, as well as Government, non-Government and not-for-profit organizations across the region.

Rewi Hamid Bugo

Rewi Hamid Bugo is a graduate of the University of Canterbury, Christchurch, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Management Science and a Master of Commerce in Business Administration. He has business experience in several sectors including oil and gas, property development, insurance broking and travel and tourism.
Rewi sits on the board of several private companies in Malaysia and New Zealand and is Vice Chairman of the Sarawak Chapter of Malaysia New Zealand Chamber of Commerce.
